Responsibilities
- Assist the logistics team with data entry, filing, and record-keeping to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and email to resolve inquiries and coordinate shipments.
- Monitor shipment schedules and update internal tracking systems in a timely manner.
- Support the operations department with daily tasks, including loading dock assistance and warehouse organization.
- Prepare and organize shipping documents, bills of lading, and invoices.
- Conduct basic market research to identify trends in the supply chain industry.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (preferred rising junior or senior).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week during summer/fall semester.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the El Paso area.
