Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain internal operational systems during off-peak hours.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on quality and speed.
- Perform accurate data entry and routine administrative tasks to ensure database integrity.
- Collaborate with the night shift management team to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports and performance summaries.
- Assist in inventory management and logistics coordination as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision.
