Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in monitoring and maintaining daily workflows during night hours to ensure business continuity.
- Client Assistance: Provide high-quality support to clients via chat and email, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately input and verify data into our internal systems and databases.
- Reporting: Compile daily logs and prepare brief reports on operational status for the morning shift team.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between night and day teams to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (e.g., Business, IT, Communications, or Marketing).
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently in a quiet environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
