Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming communications and data streams during overnight hours.
- Assist senior staff in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving client inquiries.
- Perform routine data entry and maintain accurate digital records with a high degree of precision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on assigned tasks to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Update internal documentation and logs regarding operational activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, IT, or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent for entry-level roles.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
