Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with high-volume data processing and quality assurance tasks.
- Provide tier-1 technical support and customer service via phone and email.
- Monitor system performance logs and report technical anomalies promptly.
- Collaborate with full-time staff to streamline weekend workflows and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of daily tasks.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional knowledge.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma with relevant coursework.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the tech industry.
