Responsibilities
- Assist in managing weekend customer inquiries and resolving support tickets with a high degree of accuracy.
- Support the data entry and organization of daily operational logs and client records.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth weekend workflow and event preparation.
- Perform quality assurance checks on project deliverables before they are finalized.
- Attend weekly team syncs to discuss progress, learn new tools, and address challenges.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university degree program (Students Welcome).
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
