Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and administrative tasks with 99% accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist the operations team with night-time reporting, project management, and data analysis.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams via Slack, email, and phone.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure digital workspace.
- Conduct market research and compile weekly trend reports for management.
- Support the customer service team during peak night hours.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree).
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship program.
- Ability to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
