Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and execution of weekend operational workflows and project deliverables.
- Analyze weekly performance data to identify trends and suggest actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support weekend marketing campaigns and social media initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records in company databases and prepare weekly status reports for management.
- Coordinate logistics for weekend client events and internal team gatherings.
- Conduct market research to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer support during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Proactive attitude with a demonstrated ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts is a plus.
