Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data management.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients.
- Attend team meetings and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas.
- Support the marketing department with content creation and social media updates.
- Handle general office duties including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma or pursuing a Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic understanding of business operations or relevant coursework is a plus.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the summer.
