Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Manage and organize digital files, client databases, and scheduling calendars.
- Support the customer service department by addressing inquiries via phone and email.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to ongoing projects.
- Monitor project milestones and communicate progress updates effectively.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (rising Junior/Senior or Graduate Student preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time during summer months (40 hours/week).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
