As a night shift intern, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of service and operational efficiency during our peak hours. You will work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive, fast-paced setting designed for growth and learning.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze daily operational data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide critical support to the night operations team, ensuring seamless workflow and communication.
- Assist in the processing of customer inquiries and tickets with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Document procedures and assist in creating training materials for new team members.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (preferably in Business, Operations, or a related field).
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of focus.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to the San Antonio location.
