Responsibilities
- Assist the night shift team with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth daily workflows.
- Monitor and respond to client inquiries via phone and email during off-peak hours.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate records in our CRM systems.
- Identify and report operational bottlenecks or technical issues to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve night shift efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Attend weekly training sessions and internship workshops to enhance professional skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from High School or College.
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles is a plus.
