As a Weekend Shift Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring our weekend events and store operations run smoothly. You will work directly with our management team to assist in customer relations, inventory management, and promotional activities.

Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operational Support: Assist in setting up and breaking down weekend displays and promotional events to maintain an attractive store environment.
- Inventory Management: Help monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts, and organize merchandise to ensure product availability.
- Data Entry: Accurately input sales data, customer information, and event feedback into our management systems.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow interns and staff members to execute team goals and support weekend floor operations.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to the management team to help improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (must provide a valid student ID).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the summer months.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn new processes quickly.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
