Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operation of the store during peak weekend hours, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Support inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment, organization, and cycle counting.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Monitor store appearance and cleanliness standards to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in training new staff members and volunteers during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program (undergraduate or graduate).
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) for the duration of the summer internship.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth location.
