Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Provide outstanding service to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Store Operations: Assist with stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean.
- Weekend Support: Work scheduled weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) to drive sales and support team goals.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately, handle cash, and manage digital payments.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and peers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a college or university program (High school seniors with college credits accepted).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexible daytime hours.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Reliability: Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
- Skills: Basic math skills for cash handling; ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
