Responsibilities
- Manage Night Operations: Assist in the daily operations of the facility during night shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
- Inventory Control: Perform nightly stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and restock merchandise to ensure optimal shelf availability.
- Customer Assistance: Provide direct support to customers during off-peak hours, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Merchandising & Displays: Maintain visual standards by organizing displays and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, security measures, and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Data Entry: Assist with data logging, reporting, and administrative tasks as assigned by the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Student Status: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a consistent weekly basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with computers, tablets, and POS systems is preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Virginia Beach location.
