Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create persona-driven design solutions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs
- Participate in design critiques and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Support A/B testing initiatives and analyze user behavior data
- Document design systems and maintain component libraries
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in UX Design, HCI, or related program
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ user-centered design projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Available for 20-40 hours/week during summer/fall semester
