Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-fidelity 2D illustrations, character designs, and environment concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive style guides and asset libraries.
- Produce animation and motion graphics assets for user interfaces and marketing materials.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate the team's creative output.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D art, graphic design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Blender.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating mastery of illustration, color theory, and composition.
- Experience in UI/UX design or interactive media is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
