We are looking for a visionary Senior 2D Motion Designer to join our elite creative team at Aether Digital. Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for digital campaigns, websites, and product interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure animations align perfectly with user flows and technical constraints.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive library of reusable 2D assets, icons, and illustrations to streamline the design process.
- Optimize animation performance to ensure smooth playback across all devices and network conditions.
- Present design concepts and motion reels to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and elevate the creative vision.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in 2D design, motion graphics, and interactive storytelling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, motion graphics, or animation production.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript for integrating motion assets into web environments.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of 2D animation projects, with a strong focus on timing, spacing, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design team members.
