This is a paid internship designed for students who need flexible scheduling. You will work directly with our leadership team to assist in daily logistics, customer support, and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Support daily administrative and operational workflows during high-traffic weekend shifts.
- Assist customers and stakeholders with inquiries, ensuring a high level of service.
- Manage and organize project files, reports, and digital records accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to execute weekend promotional events and initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in basic stock organization.
- Perform data entry and analysis to help identify trends and improve efficiency.
- Provide on-the-job training support to new part-time staff members.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program (Students Welcome).
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per weekend (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation and professional appearance.
