Responsibilities
- Assist with daily inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandise organization during weekend shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Support visual merchandising initiatives to ensure the store meets high aesthetic and operational standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate sales reporting.
- Complete assigned internship tasks and documentation required for academic credit verification.
- Monitor and report on potential operational improvements or safety concerns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Must have reliable transportation and be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately.
