Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Create a comprehensive 5-year roadmap (focusing on the 2026 horizon) aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives into cutting-edge technologies including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
- Strategic Planning: Identify emerging market trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies for the engineering team.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and non-technical team members.
- Architecture Review: Lead high-level architectural reviews to ensure scalability and future-proofing of our core products.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Management, or Strategic Consulting.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and emerging web technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and executing on them successfully.
