Responsibilities
- Design quantum-AI hybrid systems using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Develop error-corrected quantum neural network architectures
- Lead 15-person cross-functional R&D team in agile sprints
- Prototype quantum-optimized algorithms for real-world applications
- Secure $2M+ in quantum computing grants from NSF/DARPA
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science
- Drive patent strategy for quantum-AI IP portfolio
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years developing production quantum algorithms
- Published work in top-tier quantum/AI conferences
- Expertise in Q#, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency with cloud quantum platforms (IBM/AWS/Google)
- Experience scaling ML models to 1000+ qubit systems
- Strong Python/C++ and parallel computing fundamentals
