Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural networks for next-gen AI applications

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor integration
- Secure competitive research grants and publish in top-tier journals
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum AI methodologies
- Develop ethical frameworks for quantum AI deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent
- Strong proficiency with Python, C++, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience leading research teams with $1M+ project budgets
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Published work on quantum neural network architectures
