Responsibilities

- Manage cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and computer scientists
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research funding
- Develop quantum-safe cryptography solutions for enterprise clients
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm implementation on hardware platforms
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum programming frameworks
