- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum processor architectures
- Translate theoretical models into practical quantum computing applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Mastery of quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerance techniques
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior researchers
