Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design, illustration, or animation.
- Software: Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Procreate.
- Portfolio: A robust, diverse portfolio demonstrating strong composition, color theory, and character design skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
