Responsibilities
- Visual Storytelling: Design and produce high-quality 2D motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for web, mobile, and interactive campaigns.
- UI/UX Integration: Create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI assets, icons, and interface animations using vector and raster tools.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, 3D artists, and developers to ensure seamless integration of 2D elements into immersive environments.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize animation sequences for performance and loading speed without compromising visual fidelity or brand quality.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure strict brand consistency across all touchpoints and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion graphics, animation, or graphic design.
- Tool Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Principles: Strong understanding of 2D animation principles, timing, spacing, and eases.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of styles, from flat design to vector motion.
- Process: Experience working with agile development teams and utilizing design handoff tools (e.g., Zeplin, Figma).
