Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for digital campaigns, web experiences, and social media content.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and creative strategists to align visual assets with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Build complex motion rigs and dynamic templates to streamline production workflows for the design team.
- Optimize rendered assets for various platforms, ensuring seamless playback across web and mobile devices.
- Provide mentorship and creative feedback to junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in 2D animation, typography, and visual effects to continuously innovate our output.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D motion graphics, animation, or a related creative field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of timing, spacing, and physics in animation to create organic movement.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, from clean corporate motion to experimental storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high creative standards.
