- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and security experts to integrate AI seamlessly into our product ecosystem.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior engineers and senior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Risk Management: Establish robust governance frameworks to ensure AI safety, data privacy, and compliance with emerging regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a specific focus on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of working with Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision technologies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and manage complex technical projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
