Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and neural network architectures tailored for high-scale deployment.
- Optimization: Optimize existing models for inference speed and reduced latency in real-time environments.
- MLOps: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines using tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and MLflow to ensure seamless model deployment and monitoring.

- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the team.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning development.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python and deep understanding of C++ for performance-critical applications.
- Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Proven track record of deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using containerization technologies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and optimize system performance under pressure.
