Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling massive data streams and complex computations.
- Research Integration: Translate theoretical research from top-tier academic institutions into robust, production-ready software solutions.
- System Optimization: Continuously refactor and optimize neural networks and algorithms to improve latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of talented engineers, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks and architectural risks in early development stages to ensure system stability.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Machine Learning and AI systems.
- Programming: Expert-level proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Systems: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
