Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Optimize existing algorithms for high performance, low latency, and massive scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis and feature engineering to improve model accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in the AI field and implement cutting-edge methodologies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Deep understanding of machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy) and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
