Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and data architectures that can handle millions of transactions.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision and roadmap for our AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Model Deployment & Optimization: Oversee the deployment of LLMs and neural networks, ensuring high availability, low latency, and optimal cost efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and C-suite executives to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure all AI systems comply with industry standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing model performance and system throughput.
