- R&D Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison between R&D, product management, and executive leadership to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Future-Proofing Infrastructure: Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to ensure our stack remains relevant and competitive in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, transparency, and compliance to mitigate risk.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML systems design.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and large language models.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and defining product roadmaps.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Cloud Proficiency: Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
