Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive ethical frameworks and governance models for AI systems, specifically targeting 2026 readiness standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams in conducting risk assessments and bias audits for large-scale machine learning models.
- Collaborate with Chief Technology Officers and research scientists to align technical roadmaps with ethical constraints.
- Advocate for responsible AI practices to stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor global AI policy trends and adapt internal strategies to comply with emerging international laws.
- Mentor junior researchers and policy analysts in the intersection of ethics and technology.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML strategy, ethics, or regulatory compliance.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and generative AI technologies.
- Proven track record of publishing white papers or leading initiatives in AI safety.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable policy.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or R&D environment.
