- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into 18-36 month roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports and executive briefings on emerging technology impacts
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of future-ready capabilities
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry convergence events
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Exceptional skills in data visualization, trend mapping, and scenario modeling
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience advising C-suite on technological disruption and organizational adaptation
- Strong network within innovation ecosystems and futurist communities
