Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into market-ready solutions

- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario-planning skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
