Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives and engineering teams
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports and technology adoption roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum AI and biotech integration
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles within tech/consulting
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation circles
- Prior experience with 2030+ horizon scanning methodologies
