Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market positioning and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advise on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence) adoption strategies
- Champion a culture of innovation and forward-thinking across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of anticipating market shifts and translating them into business strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology Management, Economics, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
