- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive innovation labs and prototype future-state solutions.
- Establish best practices for scalability, security, and performance in next-generation systems.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and long-term planning.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML integration and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of future tech trends, including IoT, blockchain, and 5G/6G networks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
