Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for niche 2026 tech roles (quantum algorithms, neuromorphic engineering, AI governance)
- Partner with engineering leadership to forecast talent needs for 2026 technology stack transitions
- Design and implement employer branding campaigns targeting passive candidates in emerging tech communities
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives for technical hiring, with measurable 2026 representation goals
- Analyze talent market data to advise on competitive compensation packages for futuristic skill sets
- Champion candidate experience through AI-assisted recruitment workflows while maintaining human-centric touchpoints
Qualifications
- 8+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology trends and required skill evolution in technical roles
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean X-Ray, GitHub talent mapping, conference outreach)
