Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support business strategy and technical decision-making.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure project milestones are met.
- Document technical processes, create user manuals, and maintain detailed project logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer support to resolve technical issues.
- Identify areas for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Sophomore standing or higher preferred).
- Demonstrated interest in software development, web technologies, or data analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and general computer literacy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the semester.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
