- Produce high-impact scenario-planning models for organizational resilience
- Establish KPIs to track emerging technology adoption and market evolution
- Advise executive leadership on long-term competitive positioning and risk mitigation
- Build proprietary foresight methodologies tailored to industry verticals
- Represent the company at global futures conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
- Experience with Delphi methods and cross-cultural scenario modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term strategic implementations
