You'll lead cross-functional sprints, secure multi-million dollar innovation budgets, and represent our brand at premier global tech forums.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with quantifiable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing patent-pending AI and quantum computing frameworks
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Web4, biotech fusion, neural interfaces)
- Launch 3+ market-disrupting ventures within 24 months
- Represent InnovateFuture at Davos, CES, and MIT Technology Review Summits
- Mentor a team of 15+ innovation specialists and PhD researchers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record launching ventures generating $50M+ ARR
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global partnership expansion
- Portfolio of 10+ patents or industry-disrupting frameworks
- Experience securing $10M+ in venture capital or corporate innovation funding
