We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Summer/Fall Intern to join our Weekend Operations team in Dallas, Texas. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily management of weekend operational workflows and logistics.
- Provide high-quality support to internal stakeholders and external clients during weekend shifts.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to identify and implement process improvements for weekend activities.
- Conduct data entry, maintain accurate records, and generate weekly reports.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of materials for weekend events and meetings.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for weekend supplies.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the Summer/Fall session.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to tasks.
