Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of weekend operational tasks and projects.
- Monitor and manage incoming communications and inquiries during weekend shifts.
- Conduct data entry, analysis, and reporting to support the team’s weekly objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Prepare weekly summaries and present findings to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of all operational activities and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (Summer/Fall 2024 intake).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of SEO or Digital Marketing concepts is a plus.
