Responsibilities
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of weekend corporate events and team meetings.
- Logistics Support: Manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and ensure the workspace is organized and efficient.
- Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer support to internal and external stakeholders during weekend shifts.
- Data Management: Input and analyze operational data to generate weekly performance reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in weekend operations and suggest practical solutions to the team.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling, correspondence, and filing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) during the Summer and/or Fall semesters.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
