Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team in daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Create and maintain digital content for social media platforms and internal communications.
- Organize and manage project files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Attend weekly team meetings and prepare concise meeting minutes.
- Support the sales team with client outreach and follow-up activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within existing workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work part-time, approximately 15-25 hours per week.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and punctuality.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (for occasional local travel).
