Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the warehouse and inventory management systems during night shifts.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Sort, organize, and prepare packages and shipments for the next day's delivery routes.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management software to track inventory movements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and information flow.
- Support the quality assurance team by identifying and reporting damaged goods or packaging issues.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or a recent graduate seeking an internship.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Must be a local resident of Oklahoma City, OK, or willing to commute.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices or scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
